How it works

Three steps, then we show up every week.

1. Tell us your headcount and days.

Office lunch: weekdays you need covered, headcount per day, delivery window before lunch. Overnight hospital: night-shift headcount, delivery window between shifts, special dietary needs.

2. Pick a rotating-menu preference.

Weekly rotation across our seven traditions — Southern, Italian, Soul Food, Asian, West African, Caribbean, Indian — or pin a few favorites. The chef builds the weekly menu Monday morning.

3. Card on file, first week paid, weeks 2+ auto-renew.

No 50% deposit rule on subscriptions. We charge the first week up front, then your card is auto-charged on the same day each week. Cancel any time before the week's menu is locked.

What's included every week

  • One full menu per week (entrées, sides, salads, dietary-aware options)
  • Delivery to your office or loading dock, in the window you pick
  • Setup, serving ware and labels — leave them, we collect next week
  • Per-plate itemized invoice emailed after each delivery

Weekly Office Lunch

One delivery per weekday you pick, between 11:00 and 13:00. Charged weekly on the day of your first delivery.

Overnight Staff Meals

Same engine, night-shift delivery windows. Charged weekly on the day of your first delivery.

Sandbox build. This deployment is a $0 dry run against the Square Sandbox API, using a public token from the fact base. It does not charge real cards or create real subscriptions on Eden West Catering's live Square account (merchant MRC-0001). When Kam approves Square Subscriptions on the live merchant and provides production credentials, this same code swaps the token and goes live.
Per-plate pricing is set by the chef and stored in the chef portal — never hardcoded here. The chef portal ships placeholder packages flagged for the chef to fill; nothing is published until the chef saves real numbers. Request a quote for one-off events; this page is subscriptions only.
